Allergy & Dietary Information

Important: Our kitchen handles allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, shellfish, soya, mustard, sesame, celery, and sulphites. While we take care to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free from allergens due to shared preparation areas.

The allergen and dietary information displayed on our menu may not be 100% accurate for every dish. Recipes and ingredients can change without notice.

⚠️ If you have a food allergy, intolerance, or specific dietary requirement, you must contact us directly by phone at 0191 236 1355 before placing your order. We will do our best to advise you, but the final decision to order is at your own risk.

Voucher & Coupon Code Policy

• Vouchers and coupon codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of payment.
• Only one voucher code can be applied per order.
• Each code is valid until its stated expiry date and time. Expired codes cannot be used or extended.
• If a voucher is worth more than your order total, only the order amount is reduced — no cash refund or credit is given for the unused value.
• Charge-override vouchers only apply to the specific charge they were issued for (for example, a delivery-charge voucher cannot be used against a collection order).
• Vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless we state otherwise.
• Vouchers are only valid on this online ordering website.
• We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or refuse any voucher at any time, including where we believe a code is being misused or obtained fraudulently.
• Our decision on the validity and application of any voucher is final.

Gift Voucher Policy

Use. Gift vouchers purchased through this website are issued by Kaani Express by Amran's and may be used towards food and drink ordered from us.

No cash value. Gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, and no cash refund or change will be given for any unused value.

Non-refundable. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.

Validity. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Promotions. Gift vouchers cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless we state otherwise.

Secure Payments

All online payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card details are never stored on our servers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major payment methods.

Delete your account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time. Saved addresses and push-notification registrations are removed straight away. Order totals, items, payment status and timestamps that we are required to keep for tax, accounting, fraud, dispute or legal reasons may be retained in restricted form without your identity.
