Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to online orders from Kaani Pizza Ltd (company number 16540812), trading as Kaani Express by Amran's. Contact us at kaaniexpress@gmail.com or 0191 236 1355 as soon as possible about an incorrect, late, unavailable, failed, or unwanted order.

We assess cancellations and refunds against the order status, payment result, whether preparation has started, delivery or collection status, and applicable consumer law. Where a refund is due, it is sent through the original payment method where possible. Stripe payment status is confirmed by the server webhook; a browser return alone is not proof of payment.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights. Please include your order number and the telephone number or email address used for the order so that we can investigate promptly.
