These terms apply to online orders from Kaani Pizza Ltd (company number 16540812), trading as Kaani Express by Amran's, 19 Princes Road, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 5TT. The ordering platform is provided by Voipos Ltd.

Orders are accepted subject to availability, opening hours, delivery area, minimum order requirements, fees, and the final price shown at checkout. An order is not accepted until the restaurant confirms it. You must provide accurate contact and delivery details and must be reachable if there is a problem with the order.

Food-allergy information is available on the website, but recipes and ingredients can change and the kitchen handles multiple allergens. Customers with an allergy or intolerance must contact the restaurant on 0191 236 1355 before ordering.

For order problems, cancellations, refunds, or complaints, contact kaaniexpress@gmail.com or 0191 236 1355 as soon as possible. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
